Battery & Electrical Services

High-Voltage Battery Repairs

Module-level diagnosis and repair of the traction pack, including weak cells, failing contactors and inconsistent power delivery under load.

Low-Voltage Electrical Diagnostics

The 12V side still runs the locks, lighting, control circuits and wake-up systems, and it still fails. We trace it properly rather than replacing parts hopefully.

Battery Health & Thermal Management

Coolant loops, pumps, thermal sensors and battery cooling units. In Oman's summer this is the work that most directly determines how long a pack lasts.

Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Repairs

The PDU decides where the high-voltage energy goes. We diagnose faults affecting the inverter, drive motor and the safety interlocks around them.

Charging Port Repair

Burnt pins, damaged latches, water ingress and ports that no longer lock or handshake with the charger.

Charging Port Conversions

Converting a port to the standard used by the charging network here, so an imported vehicle can use public chargers in Oman.

Charging Port Upgrades

Increasing charging speed or capacity where the vehicle supports it, including the cabling and control changes that go with it.

Sensor & ECU Replacements

Replacing failed sensors and control units and coding them to the car, so readings, safety systems and network communication are correct afterwards.

Infotainment & Camera System Support

Blank or ghost-touching screens, cameras that will not calibrate, and connectivity faults across the vehicle's display systems.

Wiring, Fuse & Harness Repairs

Shorts, chafed looms, corroded connectors and blown fuses behind intermittent faults that no single part replacement ever fixes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Range dropping faster than usual, charging that stops before the pack is full, warning lights that appear in the heat of the day, or accessories behaving oddly. Any of these is worth reading before it becomes a roadside problem.

Sustained high ambient temperature is the single biggest factor in how quickly a traction pack degrades, and it works on the car whether you drive it or not. A cooling system that is only partly working accelerates it further, which is why we check the thermal circuit specifically.

Often it can be repaired. Many faults are a single module, a contactor or a sensor rather than the pack as a whole. We diagnose at module level first, because replacing a whole pack when one module has failed helps nobody.

Diagnostics are usually same-day. Repair or replacement typically runs one to two working days, depending on parts and how much of the pack has to come apart.

Yes. Conversions, repairs and speed upgrades are all routine, and it is one of the more common jobs we do for vehicles imported from other markets.

We would not. On an electric vehicle the high-voltage system protects itself by reducing power or shutting down, and a light that appears intermittently now is usually a fault that will strand you later. Book a diagnostic while the car is still driveable.
