A module-level repair typically runs two to four days depending on parts, against several weeks and many times the cost for a full pack. We open the pack in a controlled bay, isolate the failed cells, balance the rest and re-seal to the manufacturer's torque and gasket spec — the sealing matters more here than inland, because a pack that breathes salt air will fail again at the joint before it fails at a cell.
