Yes. We scan the existing panels digitally and work from the vehicle's paint code, then blend into adjacent panels so the repair is not visible in direct sunlight, which is where a poor match always shows.
It can, and that is precisely why the recalibration matters. Cameras, radar units and parking sensors are mounted to panels and glass. Move the mounting and the system's view of the world moves with it. We recalibrate anything affected before the car is handed back.
It affects the preparation more than the repair. Refinishing has to be done in a controlled environment or dust ends up in the surface, and the cure has to be correct or the finish will not hold up to sustained UV. Both are within our control at the workshop.
Two to four days for most vehicles, driven mainly by preparation and the number of panels involved rather than the painting itself.
Where the paint surface is unbroken, yes. Reshaping the metal from behind keeps the original factory finish, which is always the better outcome when the damage allows it.
It can be. Detailing and protective coating are available alongside a repair or on their own, and we will tell you honestly whether a car needs paint correction or just a proper clean.
