Yes. We diagnose first, then quote, and the quote holds. Nothing starts before you agree to it.
For most of this, yes — the equipment does not travel. But owners drive in from Muscat, Seeb, Barka, Sohar, Nizwa and Sur, and the mobile unit covers the Capital Area for anything that does not need a lift.
Enough that a general garage gets it wrong. That is why this workshop takes electric vehicles only.
