Before, if you can. We inspect the vehicle, photograph and document the damage and prepare the estimate, which gives the insurer a complete picture from the outset and tends to avoid the back-and-forth that delays approval.
We work with most of the major insurers operating here and provide the inspection reports, estimates and supporting documentation they require. If yours has a particular process, tell us and we will follow it.
