We deal with the insurer directly, and we write the estimate so that the high-voltage inspection and the calibration are in it from the start.

Where the insurer allows it, we bill them and you collect the car.

Yes. We diagnose first, then quote, and the quote holds. Nothing starts before you agree to it.
For most of this, yes — the equipment does not travel. But owners drive in from Muscat, Seeb, Barka, Sohar, Nizwa and Sur, and the mobile unit covers the Capital Area for anything that does not need a lift.
